Strict Digital Product Policy
"All E-Pin sales are final. Digital codes cannot be returned or refunded once delivered."
This policy is in place due to the non-tangible, irreversible nature of digital license keys and E-Pins. Once a code is revealed or dispatched, it is considered consumed.
Exceptions
Refunds are only considered if the order was canceled by FlashPins before delivery was initiated, or if a persistent technical error on our side prevented the delivery of a code that has not yet been revealed.
Region Mismatches
We do not offer refunds or swaps for codes purchased for the wrong region. It is your responsibility to verify the region compatibility displayed on the product page before purchase.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a code you received is invalid, please contact support@flashpins.com within 24 hours. You must provide clear screenshots of the error message from the official platform (e.g., Steam, Sony).
