By using FlashPins, you agree to comply with our purchasing policies. We provide digital codes and E-Pins for entertainment purposes. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. All transactions are final once the digital code is delivered or revealed.

Digital codes are often region-locked. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the code they are purchasing matches their account region (e.g., US, EU, TR). FlashPins is not liable for codes purchased for the wrong region and cannot offer swaps or refunds in such cases.

Most codes are delivered instantly via our automated system. Manual delivery items (accounts or special bundles) may take up to 24 hours to fulfill. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly; we are not responsible for delivery failures due to typos in the user's email.

Any attempt to chargeback a digital order without cause, or use of stolen payment methods, will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to relevant financial institutions. We cooperate fully with fraud investigations.

FlashPins is an intermediary provider. We are not responsible for issues arising from the third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, iTunes) where the codes are redeemed. If a code is valid at the time of delivery, our obligation is fulfilled.
