By using FlashPins, you agree to comply with our purchasing policies. We provide digital codes, E-Pins, and direct game top-ups for entertainment purposes. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. All transactions are final once the digital code is delivered or revealed.

Digital codes and top-up products are often region-locked. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the product they are purchasing matches their account region (e.g., US, EU, TR). FlashPins is not liable for products purchased for the wrong region and cannot offer swaps or refunds in such cases.

Most digital codes and direct top-ups are delivered instantly or within rapid minutes via our automated system. In rare cases requiring manual verification, fulfillment is completed promptly within minutes. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly; we are not responsible for delivery failures due to typos in the user's email.

Any attempt to chargeback a digital order without cause, or use of stolen payment methods, will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to relevant financial institutions. We cooperate fully with fraud investigations.

FlashPins is an intermediary provider. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, iTunes) where the codes are redeemed. If a code or top-up is valid at the time of delivery, our obligation is fulfilled.
